It absolutely should come with a holster for the price, although there is a code included inside the packaging where you can order one and it's shipped for absolutely free. I have bought numerous OtterBox cases and they used to always come with a holster. That's my only complaint though. It's a great case...

Doesn’t feel as secure as the previous year’s case. It also likes to collect some dirt on the back of the case which gets into the phone back.

Phone moves around a bit on the bottom right corner below camera action button. A simple tug at the top of case allows the phone to almost come out of the case. I cannot recommend the defender series pro XT case for the 17 pro max and would recommend looking elsewhere.
