I've dropped my brand new Iphone 14 out of my pick truck twice and no problems. You can bet I will not do that again. The case did what it is designed to do. It works well with wireless charging too.

I am very impressed with the durability but also the thin profile of it. I will say that getting the bumper over the top of the internal plastic frame was really difficult. Overall, 4.5/5

When i bought this phone protector, I could not find a price near Bestbuys except Amazon. Typical quality from otterbox, great price from Bestbuy.

It took them over 15 minutes to get the cover on mainly because it was so difficult to get the screen saver on. Once it was on, they could not get all of the air bubbles out. We wound up junking it and bought a much cheaper, and in my opinion, better one from another company.

Were you able to separate the case into two pieces before situating it on your device? We'll provide a link to our installation video for you below that we hope helps. Did you pair this case with one of our screen protectors? We recommend applying the screen protector to your phone before putting the case on and you should be able to remove those pesky bubbles by gently pushing them to the edge of your screen.
