The first was a little over a year and a half ago so I bought this one thinking that the Commuter just wasnt tough enough and I dropped my phone from about 2ft while changing and the back of my phone was shattered! Absolutely wouldnt recommend this case. It didnt hold up to my expectations at all.

We're happy to send a new OtterBox under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer. Did some dirt or debris end up inside the case? We do recommend the occasional case cleaning with warm water and mild soap to keep things fresh.
