Keys on outer edges don't always connect when clicking on them making it sometimes not easy to type accurately quickly. Otherwise it's okay.

I cant imagine having a phone without this product. I really like the built in screen protection and the water-proof feature. I was surprised at how easy it is to remove and re-install.

These protectors will save you valuable money! I dropped my phone in the case on a Ceramic Tile floor and it didn't even phase it. I had dropped a phone approximately a year ago on another hard surface and it shattered. No worries here.

To protect your phone at the cost they are now a days it is well worth the expense. I have all the confidence that unless I forcefully attempt to destroy my phone the Otter Box will protect it from everyday use and abuse that may occur.

I love this case. I have three young boys that are very active and likes to use my phone. I had bought the case for that reason. It holds up to them. They have dropped it and tossed it and my phone still looks brand new.

I enjoy this case although I thought at first I would not. I had trouble getting it open to put on the phone, but resolved that with help from a friend. (The directions are terrible, picutres only,) I have dropped the phone, and the case protected it, All the necessary areas are available. I thought it would feel huge but have adapted to it right away.

This case does a great job of protecting your phone from scratches but, the only thing I don't like about this case is that dust tends to get up under the screen protector easily so therefore I have to take it apart and remove the dust but overall I would recommend this to anyone.

My son breaks everything and this glass protected his phone from many drops. Stillisnt cracked after many drops and falls, but if it does zagg will replace it. Worht buying if your kids tend to be accidrnt prone.

Great case it's a must have for anyone who is a bit clumsy with there phones... my dad dropped this down a flight of steps with zero damage to the phone! Grab this before you have to repair your screen 3 times like my dad did !!

The Defender does what its name says. It's worth the extra bulk to protect the Samsung 5S if you are someone always on the move. The clip/stand is a great feature. However, the catch piece does have more than a tendency to break off. Some sort of extra reinforcement would be nice. It's guaranteed, but always a bit of a headache to get a replacement.

I have used one of these on a Samsung S5 for 2 years and have dropped it, banged into it etc with no damage to phone or the case. I do wish they could give me this much protection without making the phone so thick.

The phone is easy to use and the screen is large and colorful.
