It is odd that the tumbler seems to be having trouble keeping it hot, especially since it is purposely built to maintain liquid temperatures for hours. Off brand is better

A 7 dollar off brand works a thousand times better. This is the only OtterBox product I've had that's garbage. Everything else they make is fantastic, better than advertised, except this.
