The screen bubbled when I I put my phone inside the case making it feeling weird to use the phone. The screen became less sensitive to touch. Returned

Posted .Hello there! We're sorry to hear about your Frē Series case frustrations. You should be able to access your ringer toggle by simply turning the knob on the left side of your case until your device shows that the ringer has turned on.
In regards to your screen bubbling. we'd recommend opening the charge port door at the bottom of the case and then pressing the front of the case firmly against your chest or thigh, with the palm of your hand against the back of the case, to squeeze the air out.

I think otter bought life proof and this is there spin in the case and life proof style. When you know our life might have slips and falls why not keep your phone safe. Durable materials. Weighs about nothing.

It is thinner and wider than my previous case and allows magnetic mounts to work better. I don't undersand the advertising about being water resistant since the phone it is made for has a better water resistance than the case.
