My 7 year old is the primary user of this iPad. The Otter Box Defender Series Case is just what we needed. It's tuff protection with great access to all of the control's. Just what an active care free 7 year-old needs.

My last ipad, was dropped and the screen was broken, but I have dropped my new ipad with this otterbox and it was fine. Wish I would of gotten one for my last ipad!

Otter box makes a great product that will keep your device protected just In case you take a spill or have a mishap. Otter box is my choice for both my iPad and my iPhone.

I found the otter box online. I needed before I could get it by mail because my grandchildren were coming over the next day and I knew they would want to use it. I went to best buy and bought it for the online price.

Tough but not too bulky and I love that there multiple positions when using the stand. It is expensive But worth it.

I have a toddler at home who uses my ipad for word games, therefore I invested in a strong case to protect my tablet. He has dropped it several times but the screen has not shattered because it is protected.

Durable, easy to install, protects the iPad beautifully. This is my 2nd one though as the rubber component wore out and started to fall apart on the previous one (after 4 years of protecting my iPad though).

Keeps the iPad safe! I have three small toddlers with their own individual iPads. We have broke a few iPads in the past and this case has kept it totally protected. I would recommend it for everyone!

I bought this to protect my son's iPad. It is a rugged case that should be able to keep up with the demands placed on it by a teenage boy. It comes with a stand as well to allow for viewing videos, etc.

placed this cover on my older iPad that I passed along to my wife. had kept it safe with use by a three year old (grandson) through numerous drops and some spilt liquids. It is difficult to remove and the 'Cars' app little Lightning McQueen car does not read through the face cover very well, but other than that it works fine

this case is used in a rugged business environment, indoors and outdoors, this is the 2nd case I buy, quality is good, durable, it protects the back as well as the front and every corner of the Ipad, witch also makes it a bit bulky, specially when you compare it to how thin the ipad is with out the case, but in return it gives you peace of mind that your $500 investment or more is protected.

I have bought the similar product for iPod, iPhone and iPad mini. The Defender series keeps your devices safe, basically kids-proof. I can't remember how many times any of my devices has been dropped.

If you are looking for something to protect your Ipad, this is it. We got ours after we dropped the Ipad and cracked the screen. A lot cheaper to buy an Otterbox than replace a scree! Extra protection at the corners of the box (which is where ours hit the ground and cracked the screen). Easy to get on and turns into a stand to prop up the Ipad for good viewing. Overall very satisfied.

I am a mother of 3 kids, one of which is an extremely active little boy that is never careful with things. The otterbox has really defended the iPad many times and is still completely intact!

Overall, I think this gives the iPad great protection. The front cover/stand can be a little "clunky" getting on and off, but it adds such a layer of protection if the iPad gets dropped.

Got this to Protect my Ipad (Gen 3). It is what I expected from Otterbox - tough total protection (not water proof - that is another product), and fits perfect. There is enough space between the case and cover to tuck a stylus in too! Down side is that there is not enough room or an optional cover to accommodate a keyboard, If having an attached keyboard is important to you - this is not for case for you. If you want robus protection on the go - get this case!

Tight and secure fit but a bit pricey. It would be nice if a replacement screen protector was available so I wouldn't have to purchase another case when the current one becomes to cloudy with scratches.

Purchased for $39.99 brand new at Best Buy and it has been real helpful in saving money. Have had a couple employees butter finger the iPad and it hasn't received a lick of damage.

I have two toddlers at home who love to do educational games/apps on our ipads o it is imperative for us to have a sufficient protective case. The otterbox is absolutely wonderful
