OtterBox's reputation for great protection for your device is still represented with this case. The pop is a nice feature. What prompted my upgrade from the s9+ to the s10+ was the power sharing feature. Because of the case's build and design, to use this feature requires you to remove the outer jacket. Also, if you're using an auxiliary fast charge system (i.e., dash/vent mount) you may have to do the same thing as the case may be too thick to fit in the charge cradle. That's the trade off for protecting your investment with this product.

Due to the precision of Wireless PowerShare, you may find the best possible user experience by removing your case or outer slipcover while implementing this feature. As for the vehicle charging system, unfortunately we are unable to test our products with third-party accessories, so we cannot always guarantee a perfect fit with every charging cradle. Worth the price!

The only thing I dont like about it is my jeans dyed some of it blue, but thats more of a cosmetic thing rather than a issue with the case protecting my phone.

For such a pricey case they could have made it with a little "grain" for better grip. Case seems sturdy - nice color combo. Nice that Pop-socket is part of case. The Pop socket does not pop up easily - I have to hold the phone in one hand and pull the pop socket up with other!

We're so sorry this Otter + Pop Defender Series case isn't checking off all your boxes. This case is one of our more rubberized series, but we understand where you're coming from. A change in specs isn't on our road map, but we'll make sure to pass your feedback along to our product design team for future consideration.
