I like the look and feel of the case and the built in pop-socket. My only complaint is that it claims you can charge the phone on a wireless charging dock, pad,...but it does not work. It does state you may have to remove the pop-socket but even when I do that it still doesn’t work.

Strong, A Must Have

I've sadly dropped my phone on concrete several times and my phone was saved every time. I love how the pop socket is built into the case and is seamlessly flat when it's not out. The pop socket did break off for me, but I believe that was my fault because I kept playing with it.

The built in pop socket does not extend as far as regular pop sockets so unless you have string bean fingers it won’t feel the same. Also claims to work with wireless charging pads but after trying 4 different ones, with pop socket removed, my phone wouldn’t charge. I’ve read pop socket is coming out with a charging pad that’s compatible but sounds like another scheme to get you to spend your money. If I had to do over again I’d just purchase a regular otter box. 1 more thing, it is fairly difficult to put on and remove!

We're sorry to hear you aren't a fan of the Otter + Pop case. The PopTop is built into the case, which means it won't extend quite as far as a PopSocket on a regular plastic case. If you'd like to go back to that experience, you can always pair PopSockets with our Symmetry and Commuter products. It's odd to hear you're unable to use wireless charging. Not all wireless chargers are the same though. We've tested our products to be fully compatible with Apple suggested chargers and our wireless chargers. In some instances, the PopTop will need to be removed for the fastest charging experience. Just to verify, was the case difficult to install or just the PopSocket? The popper in the back is nicely grooved to not interrupt holding in place in hand, or connected to phone stand in car. As for your camera protection it sinks into the case so if it was to fall, it won’t even touch the surface.

I took a bad fall right after purchasing it and there was a little scratching on the corner of my phone. Probably not the strongest otter box case, but I still love it because it’s not super bulky like most.

It also pops back in and doesn't stick out or get stuck in pockets. It is hard to take off and put the phone back in, but I don't do that often.

The case is easy to grip and the finger socket tilts and holds in multiple positions to use as a kickstand. I definitely recommend this case for both price and functionality.
