Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had multiple pop socket devices so the first thing I did when I got my new iPhone 12 pro max and saw there was a collaboration between otter box and pop socket was to get my hands on that case!! Well I just put it on (fit like a glove) buttons feel amazing but when I sat the phone on it’s side for a landscape view the phone just wobbled onto its backside (thought it was me, thought it was surface - kitchen counter top, it gets no flatter) and NOPE!! The pop socket feature does NOT work on this case!! I will be immediately returning this immediately... with one of the main features no longer operational this product is a miss. DO NOT BUY THIS CASE IF YOU WANT TO USE THE POP SOCET FOR ONE OF ITS INTENDED PURPOSES :((

While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface. POPSOCKET DEFECT

I spent $60 and now I can't even return this. I should be able to get a replacement but this is horrid, and not safe... very disappointed.
