Pop Socket broke within minutes

Pop socket isn't worth it...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the defender and exchanged it for this case because I thought I wanted to hold on to the pop socket. I have big hands, but my fingers barely fit behind the pop socket and, more importantly, the back of the case is just slick plastic. I feel like I have a much better chance at dropping the phone just because of how slippery the plastic on the case is. If the point of the pop socket is to add something to hold on to then why make the case itself so slippery? Clearly people are buying it so they can hold on to it. Oh-and the socket isn't big enough to use it to stand the phone up at all. For me, this case was a miserable fail. If they will allow it, im going to try to get the defender pro back. If not-i exchanged for the features of the pop socket and it failed miserably. Defender pro was a great case though. This feels like an accident waiting to happen.

We usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out, then pushing down one side. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. We hope this helps!
