Would not seal around edges

I had Best Buy install the glass, and they tried two different glass screens. Both failed to seal around the edges. Also, the provided install box is poor. After the two failures, the installer suggested another brand of glass (Z***), and I am extremely happy with that glass. It was worth paying Best Buy $8 for the install.
