Great lightweight case. Does not inhibit speaker quality or microphone function. Great protection from drops.

I drop my phone all the time. This case holds up and is not too bulky. Will buy another for my next phone.

So i’ve been a loyal otter box customer for years, I dish out the premium cash for the premium product, sweet it’s supposed to keep dirt out of my charger hole, put it on the new iphone x 2x and the cap on the bottom pops off and gets lost so no protection from the elements there... and the switch for ring/no ring modes does not work whatsoever... don’t waste your money... this case is trash I’m bringing it back and getting a life proof to see if it is any better... i hear they’re owned by the same company though so we’ll see

Definitely a good case if you want ultimate rugged protection for your new iPhone. Otterbox cases are known for their ultimate phone protection. Clunky, but protects.

Facial recognition is incredibly convenient! Wasn’t crazy about the upgraded camera at first but then an ATT tech showed me how to use the new camera features to “photo shop/customize” photos.

I purchased the case thinking it would be nice to have “Otter Box” quality protection on a very expensive iPhone X. However, the case makes pressing the power and volume buttons very difficult. The ringer switch lever is nice and the protection on the speakers and charge port are also very good. It is annoying that the buttons are so hard to use. I only use the case when im doing outdoor activities like camping, kayaking, mowing, or exercising. I use a cheaper/friendlier case most of the time.

OtterBox Pursuit will provide excellent protection for your expensive iPhoneX. The enclosure wraps around the side and rear of your phone. The speaker ports are a nice way to direct the sound toward you when viewing your favorite video. Unfortunately, the enclosure also covers the microphone and any abrasive rubbing, especially on the textured back of the case, causes an annoying rubbing noise that is transmitted to the receiver of your calls. Also, the case muffles the sound of your voice reducing your microphone's sensitivity and your voice's clarity to the other calling party. My wife and I have two iPhoneXs and I bought a Pursuit case with a clear transparent back for her. She did not experience the same problems. If you want a Pursuit Case then purchase the one with a clear back without the texturing. If you already have the case with the black textured backing then contact OtterBox. They were kind enough to exchange my case for the Pursuit with a smooth clear backing. Also, the case is not easy to snap together. It can be difficult to align the ringer mute switch on the side of the phone.

Very slippery! It slips out of my hand no less than 5 times a day. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because it definitely does its job. My phone doesn’t have a scratch on it. However, I paid $50 and constantly take a chance at ruining a $1000 phone. I now have to go and buy a different otter box case that has better grip. I do not recommend this case.

The case is overall, great. It’s thick, I’d say a perfect fit between thin and bulky. If I had to choose again, I’d go for all the black colored case due to the clear case getting scratched VERY easily. (Went with the clear one due to price difference) black one was $60+. Clear one was $21 Also, the button that covers the toggle to switch the phone to vibrate, it’s weird... you have to spin it to set your phone on vibrate.

As expected, Otterbox offers great protection and this one isn't as bulky as most.

All that you’d expect from an Otter box case, only drawback is that it’s difficult to take apart and reassemble to take phone out to clean it.

This case is a perfect fit. I’ve dropped my phone and the case protected it.

A bit thick and hard to remove. The phone does not vibrate for some reason, and I believe its because of the case. Its hard to use the side buttons since the case it thick.

Fits like a glove and very small, does not add any bulk to the phone!

Wanted to buy a different case for the I-Phone X but it wasn’t available. Purchase the Otterbox Pursuit instead. To date have had no issues.

Case seems like it will do a good job protecting the phone but is still pretty bulky. Buttons also are very stiff.

This is a great case for the iPhone X. It was easy to install. I like the clear back to show off the color of your iPhone X. The issue with this case is getting the silent/ringer switch placement perfect. Another issue is that it slides easily if the phone is laid on the back. I do love the fact that the rear facing camera is protected making the back of your phone even and flushed.
