This otter box phone case is awesome. Very durable case that is not to bulky. I have dropped my phone many times with no issues. I love my Otter box phone case!!!!

Very happy with Otterbox and their design on this case. It may take a moment to assembly and fit to the phone though it is a perfect fit and feels solid.

Very nice design keeps everything cleaned the ports ect. Love the dual protection it has it enhances the speaker volume well worth the money

The case shows off the back of the phone . My only problem is that my hands get sweaty when I hold the back of this case.

I bought this case for $80 from Best Buy a few months back immediately after purchasing my Samsung Galaxy S9+. I was very skeptical about spending $80 for a phone case but it looked good on the phone with the clear back that showed off the blue phone and I was always told that Otterbox cases offered a high level of protection. After today, I no longer believe that to be true. Today my phone fell out of my pocket, at a clothing store, from a height of no more than 2 feet. I thought nothing of it as it was the first time my phone had ever fallen and it was in my "Otterbox Pursuit". It landed on the backside. I picked it up and turned it over to brush any dirt of the back of my case to which I discovered a very discouraging sight. The bottom half of my phone shattered while inside the case. I am posting a picture with this so the amount of damage can be seen. I called Otterbox after I got back to the house and calmed down only to receive poor customer service that basically told me they aren't an insurance company and there is nothing they can do for me. I was told their devices are just for "added protection". So an $80 case can't protect a device against a 2 foot drop? I will definitely be letting everyone I know what kind of "added protection" they will be getting from an Otterbox case and how poor their customer service is. This has been a real eye opener for me and hopefully after reading this review it'll be for you as well. The lesson here is that more expensive doesn't always mean better products. Please don't make the same mistake I did. This was a complete waste of $80!

It fits perfectly and is easy to put on the phone. The only drawback is having to buy the screen protector separately.

Protects phone great. Easy to put on and stays on and protects if you drop or bump it against something.

This is one of the best fitting and best feeling cases I've ever used. The best buy employee recommended it and said that he felt it is the only case that he would feel comfortable using without a screen protector, and I completely agree. In addition, the bonus is that the case redirects the bottom speaker to the front.

It's bulky and the clear on the back is scratched but it is keeping my phone safe.

It is a very nice case. Well made and great materials. The forward firing speaker at the bottom is a very nice feature. The only draw back (not counting the price) is that it is very hard to get your phone out. So if you use a gimbal or VR, it may not be the best choice.

I have a otter cover for my phone and boy has it protected it. Saved my phone. So when we got a new phone for my daughter I told her to pick a otter case out for her phone. You pay that much for a phone you want to protect it.and this case does it.

Excellent protection against the occasional accidental drop/slip of the hands. No issues with wireless charging in the case. I use an insignia wireless charge pad. Buttons require a little more effort it have not been an issue for me.
