I really like the feel of this product in my hand. The outer shell of the case does not get stuck to my hair like some of the silicone cases used to do. The textured back keeps it from sliding all over my dashboard when using GPS which is a plus for me! I don't use the belt clip but it's nice and strong with a dependable hold. A word of caution if you have a screen protector already on the phone. This could cause a distortion in viewing. Also, when I removed the case it created a cling between the screen protectors that pulled myou zagg screen protector off.

Great case I tried cheaper cases the fit and protection was not there. Do yourself a favor and get the best.

This case is very well made and sturdy. It was pretty simple to install on my phone unlike others where it's a pain to snap on or take off. It looks like it will protect my phone just fine and I also like the look of it. Very nice case overall.

Overall, I think Otter Box cases are great. I have the Defender series which has a built-in screen protector. With the Galaxy 5S being a larger phone to begin with, the case makes it even larger but the belt clip makes this a non-issue. I feel my phone is well-protected. The price is a little hefty, but given the protection it offers, I can live with paying a few bucks more.

Bought one for me and my husband. After 4 or 5 months he was having problems with turning his phone on and off because the ottor box piece wasn't connecting well with the on/off switch on the phone, despite taking the case on and off many times. I have not had that issue. However, for both of us, the plastic shell by where you recharge has stretched out, mine not too bad but his a lot, which is weird because even if it's by where you charge the phone, you don't really touch that part of the ottor box. Maybe because it's thinner there. We do like it enough that we bought this same one to replace my husband's. You can drop the phone no problem. I also like that the inner shell protects the screen so you don't need a film type screen saver and it is more sturdy that the film would be.

This is a great case that I use for any phone that I buy. It works good for all types of people, whether you are on a job and risk dropping your phone or crushing it, or even just simply carrying it around with you, it works great and really keeps your phone protected. I dont drop my phone much but of course when I do its on concrete or something, and the case keeps anything from happening to it everytime. I still have yet for something to happen to my phone and this is my third phone with a defender case.

This case is durable and protects my phone from dust and any drops I had with it. It is a bit bulky but does what it's supposed to do.

This phone case is the best I have ever used. I am hard on phones where I work as a mechanic. This case has held up great.

This otter box case is great. Protects the phone completely. Easy to install, clips onto your belt or pocket. These cases are a bit pricey but worth it. Got a great price with best buy and shipped quickly.

We've used these cases prior to this purchase so I bought this one for my husband's new Samsung phone.Seemed to fit well but the phone actually fell out of it at one point while he was at work and the entire thing fell off of his belt!(neither of which has ever happened before~same kind of work.Same use.) Have found no comparable option,so he'll continue using it&we'll hope the phone survives!

Otterbox feels sturdy and snugly cradles my phone so it feels secure. The phone fits inside the Otterbox case without having to remove anything from the phone, e.g., the back plate. The Otterbox case is so tightly fitted, I was afraid I'd break it when I was trying to open it up so I could put the phone inside. The only problem is that the cell phone's touch sensitivity and ability to read fingerprint ID seem slightly compromised. Overall, though, I'm really pleased.

very durable and absolutely love the clip. Have always went with black but the neon helps on the jobsite

If you're an active person who is always on the go, the last thing you need to worry about it bumping the phone into the car door, garage etc, I fell in the snow last winter and landed on my phone in the driveway. It crushed the protective screen and nothing else. The phone never falls out of the clip on my belt as it's secure, though occasionally it will take the whole case off my belt, it's protected by the shell and doesn't break.

The Otterbox offers the best protection of any mobile phone case. It is easy to grip and easy to handle.

Husband loves the color and how it protects the phone since he has dropped it a couple of times already.

The Otterbox is a great product. It is tough and keeps the phone protected. The price could be cheaper.

Overall this is a great case. It was easy to install and looks great. I definitely feel protected in case of a drop. WIth OtterBox, you know you are getting a quality product.

The OtterBox Defender or Rugged cases are awesome... Great product and protection for my new Samsung Galaxy S5, Yes my New Samsung Galaxy S5, Myself I waited over a year for the next BIG thing to come after the S5. Then came the Samsung S6 and S6 edge upon release my wait was over, I was ready for these new phones but after I did my research before my purchase, I was very disappointed to learn these 2 FACTS about the S6 models, Both the S6 and S6 Edge models have the same problem #1 they are non expandable, (S5 is expandable) and IMPORANT #2 you can't remove the battery on either S6 models (All OTHER Samsung phones batteries are removable and or replaceable) both HUGE Drawbacks for a loyal longtime Samsung User. Several times in all my Samsung products cells, tablets.. etc.. removing battery is a BIG deal if your device locks up or if the battery is weak after lots of use or if your like me I carry an extra fully charged battery with me. With the S6 and S6 edge if you can't replace the Battery to me that makes it a disposable phone, If you have problems with the S6 models they tell you to put in airplane mode for 5 minutes then switch back to normal mode and then try it and from the people I know with the S6 phones it seldom works if they incur problems. And I know others that rushed out and bought the S6 phones upon release and most went back to the S5 and the ones that didn't are planning too..... The Ottebox is awesome but do your research if you are planning on buying a SAMSUNG Galaxy S6 phone Myself I went with the S5 and So glad I did...
