So I was impressed when I ordered it from Best Buy at a couple of dollars more and received it in about 2 days! So far, it is a good phone cover and suits my needs.

Excellent Case!

That alone sold me. I have used it for two days now. I love everything about it - Just nice all around. No screen protector - great that Otterbox listened to people on that. It's nice to use, easy to cover, all the buttons work great. Can't complain about anything! Also, it's very professional. Even room under the inside flap for a card or two. Nice job, Otterbox!

Falls out of case

I loved the first two, worked flawlessly. The reason I stayed with the same design. I read that some reviews said the S20 Plus would fall out of the strada. I figured it was a bad batch or just not correctly installed. My phone will just fall out of the case at any given time. It is safer for me to not have the case on my phone. Than to be holding the case and the phone drop out of it.
