It protects all of the outside including where the bottom charging port is location which some cases do not. She has dropped her phone many times and it seems it had protected the phone quite well

We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move counterclockwise, and you should have an easier time installing the other three corners! I personally had a hard time snapping the phone in and when removing the phone from the case I had a difficult time

This is definitely one of our most streamlined options, so if you were perhaps expecting something more along the lines of our robust Defender Series, that could explain things. But don't let its appearance fool you, we still put it through our Drop+ Protection program to ensure it'll be up to the challenge and it definitely holds its own!
