It is nearly impossible to get the phone buttons to work with the case on. I have to push them over and over to get the buttons to respond. Poorly designed.

The bottom end/base of the case hurt my hand. It was hard and edgy and would leave my finger blistered or cut. I have LOVED all my previous Otterbox cases, but with this one I had to switch to a different case.
