When you begin that installation process, we recommend starting with the top left corner--that way you can get those buttons in place inside the case. From there, you'll be able to slowly work your war around the edges until everything is secured. As far as pricing goes, we think the cost of the unit is well worth the high-caliber protection, outstanding customer service, and limited lifetime warranty that all come along with the product. My previous case made the touch screen difficult to access. It has withstood a drop onto a tile floor without damage to the phone. I am pleased with this case.
