I like how it fits, although it is difficult to remove. I love how the back shows off my gold phone. Three days ago, I dropped my phone. Sad day that was because my screen broke underneath a screen protector. I am thinking that there is not enough 'lip' on this case to protect the screen. I wouldn't recommend if you are prone to dropping your phone. Off to find another case.

Nice case, but...

My first time ordering it, I ordered a dark blue and I was very pleased with it. Just know that if you stick this case in the pocket of your jeans, the denim will rub off on the outside rubber piece. I ordered this case a second time because I loved the Tonic Violet color. I stuck my phone in my pocket a total of 3 times and the denim color had already rubbed on the outside rubber piece. I enjoy Otterbox products, but I just need to keep in mind that I do not want this one.

The issue with this one is that it’s made of more plastic material to be clear and have a nice shimmer design. That can break a lot aside than the typical Otter box cases. The bumper is also rubber so over time the clear case and bumper start to yellow. Bummer but lasted a little while.

It looked this way after just a couple weeks. Very disappointed as I loved this case. I have purchased several cases from otterbox and have not been this dissatisfied. I purchased this case in September and already looking for a different brand to replace it.

This case DID NOT PROTECT my iPhone 10XS Max!

The OtterBox Symmetry case DID NOT provide protection. When I picked it up, the back of my phone was shattered. I was VERY disappointed! I called Otter Box and was told that the company is ONLY responsible for the case and not my damaged device. I ended up paying $200 to replace my phone.

Truly every effort is put forth in our engineering and testing processes to ensure that our cases provide the best device protection possible, but unfortunately, every drop is subject to a number of different circumstances, some of which are beyond our control. In the end, we are unable to guarantee that absolutely all exposure to risk is eliminated through the use of our cases.
While our warranty is not transferable to the Apple device itself, we would still love to send you a brand-new OtterBox so that you can get off to a fresh start with your iPhone. Not worth it

However It’s not worth it for the price. It’s only been 3 days since I had this case and it already has a lot of scratches and broke from the side. Really disappointed.

Case looks terrible after one week
