I purchased the Otterbox Symmetry because my main goal was a case that would protect my phone and I didn't require it to be plastered with a sparkly, calligraphy-lettered mantra. This case is more streamlined (fits easily into the notoriously small female jean back pockets) but provides more protection to the front edges of the phone than most others. With that said, it does have a small lip but that is the sacrifice you make to protect the front edge of your phone. The plastic of the case has a little give so you can get your phone out without too much of a struggle if you need to but is still a hard enough plastic to provide extra stability. All cut outs and button covers fit flush and don't inhibit your fingerprint, the camera, power cords or ear jack. I haven't dropped the phone to test the ultimate purpose of the case because I don't play with fire - but on the off chance it does ever come in contact with a hard surface, I have confidence this case will protect the edges and back of my phone as promised.

I hopefully will never have to write a review on how well this shell works. The fit and finish are what I've come to expect from OtterBox. My last one for my Note 3 helped me keep that device safe for 4 plus years, through many a fall and bang.

The case is extremely well built. I often get otter box cases because I'm an absolute cluts and drop my phone all the time. So far, this case has done its job.

I wanted a good case to protect my Google phone and I knew Otter Box was a good brand but I didn't want the big beefy manly looking case. So when I saw this case I knew it was the look I was looking for, just a bit more of what a female might want. I can't say how it will protect my phone in a drop-- and I never want to find out because I don't want a cracked phone screen. Very happy with this case choice.

It doesn't make your phone bulky and it doesn't slip easily.

This case offers excellent protection for my phone and it is comfortable to hold. I'm very pleased with this purchase and worth the price. The buttons on the phone are easy to use with this case.

This otter box is a good buy whether it’s on sale or not. Phone will be protected. Especially In the hands of those that tend to broke their screens a lot (hence, my daughter)

Love my new phone! Takes beautiful pictures. Battery seems to die sooner then I expected tho.

These is a replacement for one that got bleached surface because I sat on a wet table at a restaurant that used some industrial strength cleaner due to Covid. The old one held up great & I drop my phone alot. I just replaced because finish was kinda stained. Case was heavy duty durable though after several years. Not sure what cleaner restaurant used, but it also gave my hand a rash where I touched wet cleaner.

Nice case, flexible, not too thick but protective. Would have given 5 stars if it had been clear plastic.

Always love the fit and durability of OtterBox. this is a great case that allows 100% functionality as well as protects the phone. I've had this case for about a month, and it has saved my phone many times. Always happy with OtterBox, glad to have purchased a phone that finally has an OtterBox option.

Bit bulky but does it's job, protects phone........

I purchased the Otterbox for my Pixel 3XL phone. I really like the Otterbox products. This cover is great because it is durable . I need something durable, I drop my phone too much.

I've put otterbox cases on all my phones. I've dropped them off of houses and ran over them as not a scratch on the phones.
