I love this case. Slim, easy to install. Have dropped my phone many times, and have yet to crack it. OtterBox has let me down before, but not this time! The price though for this is extremely high for what you're getting. I usually prefer Unicorn Beetle products because they are just as good as otterbox for half the price.

This case is great when it comes to protection, while also being minimal enough to not increase the size of the phone drastically. The only problem is that if you have a Magic Mount, or similar, car mount, and the magnet is on the back of your phone, the base isn't strong enough to hold the phone in place for any extended amount of time. If you hit a bump, that phone is coming off the mount. Accidentally bump it with your leg? You guessed it, floor coming up quick. The phone magnet doesn't stick to the back of the case either, so that doesn't work as a fix. So while I like the case itself, I have to go buy a different car mount now.

This case was perfect. Not bulky, fits snug as a glove, and is hard as a rock. The side buttons work seamlessly as they push against the phone's buttons. All connections fit the top and bottom portals (vs other cases that restrict plugging in cables, etc). Great price, too.

I picked up this phone case along with my phone S20 plus. It is a great case and is everything you need to protect your phone from drops. If it's very snuggly on your phone, and is raised in the front to protect the front of phone if layed on the glass. I've had no issues whatsoever I think it's a great case and would highly recommend.

Fine case but it can be a little slippery at times

I used the same series of the case for S7 edge and it lasted me the whole time until I changed my phone. I had so many drops on S7 edge, and this case saved it everytime. I still have S7 edge with me and it has no cracks or anything even now. So I decided to give another go with my s20+, and so far I am satisfied as before. This doesn't add too much bulk to the phone that it is very "pocket-able", while gives enough protection measures to save the screen and the back from any kind of damages. The case fits well with preapplied screen protector from samsung too. Since there is a bit of space between the edges, my guess is that it supports other kinds of screen protectors as well, as long as they do not overhang on the edge of screen. For this price, I bet you can find other cases with extra features or bonuses included. But you are buying OtterBox, a reputable brand name for their quality.

my boyfriend seems to consistently drop his phone as of late. He likes the otter box case in this series because its sleek yet functional. It keeps his phone protected but is slim enough to carry in his pocket.

I have used Otterbox cases on all my devices for the past ten years and have not experienced a cracked screen or broken phone. I especially like this case because it slides easier into my pocket.

I purchased the s20 plus a few months ago. I needed a case that wasn't too bulky because the s20 is a big phone. Not only did the case fit perfect, it didn't add more weight to the phone.

Nice basic protective case. Has good fit and easy to remove and install phone. Last one I had lasted 4 years, so always good quality.

Nice slim case for my phone. Not too bulky, not too thin. I usually prefer a case that can hold cards but this one feels like it offers good protection for how slim it feels.

the case fits great and is easy to install. The combination of hard plastic and rubber make easy to slide in and out of a pocket.

I prefer a more streamlined protecteive cover and this is exactly that. It easily slides in and out of my pocket.

The OtterBox Symmetry is a slim but rugged case. Very nice, sleek look to it, where you almost have to look twice to notice you have a case on your phone. If you do not like the bulk of the Defender, and you are meticulously careful with your phone, this is the one for you. If you are slippery fingered, and you don't have the Gorilla glass 6 series phones from Samsung, then this one is not for you.

Good case - but poor grip. The case seems to do a great job at protecting the phone - this is a good thing as it is slippery compared to a silicone case

Fits well on the Galaxy S20+5G. The case is strong, yet not bulky. No complaints.

Great case, but quite expensive, necessary protection for a expensive smartphone

I had one of these on my LG which I just replaced. I bought a different popular brand for my new phone to try something new out. That one made my slim phone feel like a brick. Brought it back and bought another Symmetry case. Still the same slim feel like I had with my other slim phone. Great all around protection. Raised edges for the front screen. Deep protection for your camera lens.

This is a real good case, it's not too bulky and protects the phone well.
