I bought this to protect my new S8. I wanted something that was strong but not too bulky because I like to keep my phone in my front pockets of my pants. This meets both of those requirements exactly. The only complaint I have is that it is a little slippery and have almost dropped the phone because of that.

Love that it protects the phone and it stays on strong. I do not like covers but the new phones are so slippery. We pay so much money then they are hidden by cases. The downfall is it discolors. I do not wear makeup but just oils from skin discolor it. Nothing cleans it off. But it is a softer and very comfortable case that works with magnet in car for holder and works with the stand charger. No need to remove it ever . Nothing even gets under edges. Fits great.

GREAT PROTECTION AND EASY TO PUT ON. PERFECT FIT...

Phone itself is low profile which can be negated when using bulky cases. This one is simple, maintains that low profile sleekness and also provides a solid encasing to protect from drops. I've had this case a couple months now and I've dropped my phone several times since. Initial complaint on this case was that the button covers were too rigid and made turning the screen on difficult unless pressed with a lot of force. Now it presses very easily and the rest of the case is still rigid and holds its shape. Phone is in excellent condition thanks to the raised bumpers which protects the screen from hitting the ground but the case has lots of scratches on the back. The clear material makes the scratches easily noticed when you look at it, but it's a case and I'd rather have those scratches on the case than my phone. Best part is BestBuy's price match guarantee so was able to price match to one on Amazon and got an awesome deal.

Have had the Otter Box on all my previous phones and will not use one without it. This is the more slimline case and although it is not as bulky as the previous it still protects the phone well. Had the phone knocked out of my hand and no damage from the fall.

Nice clear basic case for the galaxy S8. Gets scratch marks on it very easily though, but protects the phone well. Not very elegant though, compared to other cases out there.

I wanted something lightweight and slim to fit comfortably in pants front pocket. Provides protection without bulkiness. Comfortable to hold with good grip

This fits well, and you don't need all that much effort to push the buttons. I've had good luck, and good protection with all Otter products. My last phone had slipped several times, even on concrete, with zero damage.

The OtterBox Symmetry is a very nice case that doesn't completely jack up the form factor of the phone. It provides good protection. The only issue I have with it is the volume control. Because they were trying to keep the case so slim, the contact area to hit the volume button on the phone is too narrow and it ends up, if you don't hit it exactly right, missing the volume control and getting stuck in a position where you can't control the volume with the case on the phone. You have to remove the case and put it back on and carefully hit the button again.

Definitely doesn't provide as much protection to the curved edge as much as earlier Galaxy S models but this Symmetry cover gives as much protection as you can get with a thin profile.

I like this case. It shows off the color of my phone whereas the black cases do not. The protection seems good as i have dropped my phone a few times already and it has been unharmed

The case is nice and small, doesn't add much bulk to the phone, but does seem to help protect the phone from impacts.

Case is very protective but the buttons are somewhat hard to press. Maybe this will lessen over time.

I like the look of my silver Samsung Galaxy S8 and didn't want to cover it up. Clear, protective case without adding extra bulk is exactly what I wanted.

This is a great case. I like clear design. The case is light and Otter box does not disappoint.

One star deducted for the high price but otherwise very nice fitting case for the S8

Very comfortable case that is not bulky at all. I have dropped my S8 about a dozen times in this case and the phone is perfect.

I wanted a clear case for my Samsung Galaxy S8 and figured the Otterbox Symmetry Series Clear Case would be a great option and overall I would say I like the fit and finish, however, I ended up returning because I didn't like how hard it was to push the buttons on the side with the case on. The case also seemed "bulky" IMO compared to other brands with clear cases.

Like all Otterbox protective cases, this one works and fits well. Shows off the color of the phone, why hide it.

I can not say how well it protects the phone (have not dropped it yet but will soon). But I can say it looks good and it fits like a glove. Without it, it was very difficult to hold on to the phone (slippery). With it, it is more secure in hand, not bulky (as advertised), and of course looks good. Definitely a must.
