The case may do fine when dropped on a corner or back. But the sides of the case don't go up very high in comparisons to others like the comparable bodyguardz case

The safety of the device is our number one priority, but unfortunately, every fall has unique dynamics and angles, some of which are simply beyond our control. I saw this one was a lot thinner then the others and had a nice glittery tint to it. So far I love it and it's thin enough that I have no problems with it fitting in my back pocket.

We are sorry that the control buttons on this Symmetry case are being difficult and that it is a bit too slippery for your comfort level. We certainly weren’t out to cause any perilous predicaments, but rather create a streamlined design with ease-of-use for clothing pockets, etc.

Samsung has definitely stepped it up. I haven't had a chance to check out all of the features of this phone, but I can't wait to explore all of the things it can do. I didn't know it was waterproof until I saw the commercial. Nice! Great job Samsung!
