Offers little protection for your phone

We're bummed to hear that your wife's screen protector broke while working with this Symmetry series! Was she, by any chance, using that case in conjunction with a third-party tempered glass? Unfortunately, we can only test our products with screen protectors that we engineer ourselves, so we cannot always guarantee perfect compatibility between our cases and other screen protectors. Any sort of misalignment between the two can cause friction, which is typically minimal, but can sometimes cause too much tension. Going forward, we might recommend using one of our Alpha Glass protectors with the Symmetry - a combination that should work better together!
