What I wish I would of known is that the phone only comes with a charging cord and the phone. You have to buy the plug in portion to plug the cord into to charge the phone. I’m so far as the sale of the phone it was seamless. However, not being tech savvy not having the plug in apparatus sent me back to purchase one.
