It is bad. It’s difficult to put in your phone and even more doggie you to remove from it. Straight out of the box it had scratches on it. I trust that it’ll protect my phone if I were to drop it, but the fact that it’s $50 for poor quality control, and that you constantly have to wipe the case down since it shows fingerprints and whatnot, is a good reason to return it. I highly suggest you look for a different case.

It’s definitely built like a tank. But one big negative is that it’s a pain in the butt to take off the phone. And the case so hard that it’s hard to press the buttons.

Very annoying since it does cost a decent amount. Other than that it protected very well. I love otter box but this case didn’t work for me.

Dangerous case

This case was extremely difficult to put my phone in and I felt like it was going to crack my screen and damage my phone. Taking the case off my phone too was extremely difficult and could have damaged my phone. Phone cases should not be this difficult to put on and take off. I’m relieved that my phone was unscathed when putting on and taking off the case. Will be using a different case.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse!
