When installing/removing a Symmetry Series case for iPhone 12/12 Pro/12 Pro Max/12 mini, we recommend starting with the upper right corner of the device (camera and power button corner). I returned it because the volume down button is nearly impossible to press down on for the phone to react. I've removed the phone out of the case several times which didn't help re-seat it. There are other clear case brands out there around the same price that functions much better than this one.

We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! Dissapointed Worst case from Otterbox

I been buying Otterbox cases for years, and I got this one for my iphone 12 pro max, not only in less than a month the sides turned yellow/brown it also scratch so easily. Poor otterbox case

Hard to get on phone

OtterBox protector for IPhone 12

The incorrect item was picked by a sales person . I had ordered this item on line. No problem. I went back to the store the next day and made the appropriate exchange. Removal/installation precaution

This was within one hour of ownership.
