I'll be completely honest here. I wasn't excited about this particular phone case. I bought a new phone and wanted some protection right away, since the case I wanted was no immediately available. It actually worked very well. I've had many Otter Box cases in the past and all were quality products. I will say this case was very hard to get on and off.

Mushy Buttons is Not a Bad Trade-Off

[Employee of bestbuy] It' clear. It's Otterbox, so protective. All good there. My only qualm is with the lack of clicky buttons. They are definitely more "mushy" than I would like.

I returned two of these trying to get one without some kind of defect. Just pay a little more and get the black one. The black OtterBox is perfect.

Over priced plastic that was damaged

I had 20$ in bb discounts to use towards this purchace. Case arrives with 2 huge scraches on. There is no way i would ever pay 50+ for a piece of plastic. Im mad for spending 30. The 11$ amazon case i got is better than this crap. Do I waste my time driving an hour for exchange or 30 days shipping it back for a refund? Thoroughly disgusted with this one piece OtterBox
