I think I made a good choice. It has held up well and has been dropped multiple times with the screen protector being cracked, but the phone case being in tact.

My phone dropped about 2feet and shattered the back glass. I never had a case do that even the cheap cases. Very disappointed. Don’t buy.

Cool case, but no wireless charging.

The case feels and looks great, but doesn’t work with wireless charging. All of my Symmetry cases for previous iPhones have worked fine with wireless so this is very disappointing.

We're certainly glad to hear you like the feel and look of the Symmetry Series+ case, but it's really odd that you've had such struggles with wireless charging since it is compatible with Qi technology. Not sure what charger you've used in the past, or which devices, but this specific case was engineered to compliment Apple's MagSafe technology and accessory ecosystem. That being so, you'll definitely get the best performance from a base that shares the same circular magnetic configuration.

Sides came off after less than a year

I had this case for less than a year and the sides/borders are already coming off. I haven’t even dropped my phone and there are no scratches on the case. Just the manufacturing was poor as it’s already coming apart. Very disappointed

Otterbox is overpriced garbage

Pictures were taken after owning case for 10 days. Sides were same color as the back at purchase. I have cleaned it and kept in my pocket. Upset I spent the $45 which was even $10 off the reg price. Color started fading along the sides literally within the first 5 days. Done with Otterbox for good this time

Nice Simple Case with Protection

[Employee of bestbuy] Great for people who don’t want a clear case, but also don’t like designs or anything on their case. The back of the case is hard shell and the sides are rubber/silicone. Even though it’s a hard shell backing, it still holds on a magsafe stand. It’s easy to put on (no need for taking it apart to put it on, it just slides on). It’s not chunky at all, which I like. I trust it to protect my phone. If you’re paying for sure protection rather than protection, this might not be for you. DEFINITELY would recommend, though.

I purchased this case and loved it, but 45 days later the sides are extremely discolored. Very disappointing for the cost. I expect better from OtterBox.
