I usually love otterbox but I have had to have my phone fixed twice from dropping it on its back while in this case. Absolutely, destroyed the back on my iphone 14 pro max. Would not recommend it at all.

Very disappointed in this case and do not recommend. Wish I could go back and buy something else but Ill have to live with a shattered glass back for two years.

The lip of the case does not fit securely around the phone so this creates noise every time you hold the phone. The case also does not appear to be as sturdy either. The quality of the case seems to be going downhill.

Although we put this model through our rigorous Drop+ Protection program, if there was a direct hit to the face of your awesome new iPhone 14 Pro Max, that's definitely going to leave open the potential for an outcome such as this.
Were you using one of our screen protectors along with the case? That's never a bad idea in the event there could be direct contact with the device display. Unfortunately, our warranty won't be able to help with that scratch, but we'd be happy to help go over some screen protection options that would be useful going forward.
