3.6 stars I like there is a micro SD card slot and headphone jack because I am old school. I am switching from a non-legacy carrier android to my first Samsung after advice from a techy friend. While the phone is fully functional and should last me more than a year (unlike my other smartphones for half the price), there are so many annoyances with this phone, I made a list: -Can't turn off the phone with the small button (need to press and hold w/volume!) -No smartbutton for camera -Face unlock is horrible -Bright on lockscreen even in dark mode -Can't hear media or raise volume in do not disturb mode -Can't delete photos without phone asking for permission PER PHOTO -Amazon music app toggling some songs automatically in 15-20 secs. Can't find a fix for this! Never happened on any other device -Mini boxes the apps open automatically that are hard to close - Extra white circle floating inside camera app to take a photo I cant remove -Clock alarm note few characters only. Often run out of space -Often I take a pic and it doesnt save to the album -Useless motion photo setting that makes a 1 sec video out of a picture! It was automatically set on when I bought the phone. It's the cheapest fully functional phone I could get, so I can't complain, but it wouldn't be my first choice given all that.

Fits phone snugly, doesn't make the phone too bulky. Looks nice.

Product fails in functionality. While pressing vol+, the stiffness of the material also presses on/off button. Counter productive design. Otherwise, protection quality is as described and expected.

This is the second OtterBox I've owned. The first one outlived the S6 Edge cell phone I purchased it for. I never had any issues even after dropping the phone. This new case is for my larger A52 cell phone and it fits perfectly. I expect the same results since it's identical but a little larger.

The case is more sturdy than old one. The smartphone is more protected in the new case.

Expensive but it works. No idea why it's pricey though, but that has little to do with Best Buy, its mostly the brand. I asked one of the people if they had a case for my phone and surprisingly they knew which phone and where it was, in and out.

This case is the first case I ever had that provides premium safety for you phone while not being bulky and big like nother cases you can get.

this phone has many features that I am still learning about. The size of the screen is great. the picture quality is very clear. It was easy transferring from my old phone to this new one.

I like this cover a lot. It feels very protective. The corners especially seem reinforced for extra protection...around the camera as well.

Great product, OtterBox NEVER disappoints! I drop my phone way more than I would like to admit. I was concerned this case may not be as good as their more durable cases. But this case protected my phone for almost 2 years. The case had a few cracks in it, but my phone stayed in perfect shape.

Simple design. My son wanted something that was less bulky than his otter box case.

The phone case is very sleek and not bulky. Also, it is lightweight.

Soft yet sturdy case. This clear case wasn't exactly what I was looking for in a phone case but due to the fact that I purchased a brand new model I had limited choices at Best Buy. This is my first clear case. I have already dropped it. Thankfully not like on a concrete walk but a few times it has fallen out of my clumsy hands and not a scratch.
