The plastic around the Case had come off from the case and the phone was no longer secure. I had to return the item to the store and requested a refund. I would expect better coming from OtterBox, especially with the price of the phone case.

My only disappointment is that I dropped it on concrete and it did eat up the edge and is jagged now. I assume it was the rough texture of the concrete that caused that, but my phone was safe!
