We're sorry to hear that your case isn't glowing properly! The more you leave that case exposed to sunlight the stronger it will glow. If after a couple hours of direct exposure to sunlight that case still doesn't glow, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we can look into getting you a replacement case that glows the way it's supposed to.
