The case fits well the surface pro 4 very well and provides ample protection

Good protection, however, I don't like having to partially remove my Surface form the case, leaving edges exposed, just to use the kickstand. I know making a case for the SP is tricky, but I think it could have been executed better.

Case works as it's supposed to. Not too bulky but secure enough. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the "kickstand" is hard to utilize with the case on, you almost have to take the case halfway off, however, it does keep the case on really snug so it's not THAT big of a deal.

I like the case because it seems very durable. The part that goes over the kickstand is definately stiff and difficult to use at first but becomes more pliable after use. The kickstand part also comes loose occasionally but is easily returned to position.

Nice case for protection, although I prefer the Kensington Black Belt 2nd Degree case for similar protection but better overall function and looks. Kensington Black Belt 2 case has an elastic holding strap on the back of the case, which I use frequently!

Protect but very bulky haven't been able to get use to the kickstand release have to leave it open which lead to breaking of the kickstand but I purchased it for protection not comfort but love the keyboard cover

The design of the case makes it look very futuristic. However the productivity of the case is still a work in progress. The kickstand does not completely fit into the case therefore causing problems when trying to open kickstand.

Great protection for my microsoft surface pro 4 But like one reviewer said about the cord only goes in on way and also the usb drives don't fix all the way in to register; have to push and hold. It also protects the keyboard which I like.

Works as it should - a little clunky when using the power button (gotta push hard) and when deploying the kickstand. However, I use my Surface Pro 4 more as a ultrabook than tablet but a nice feature is being able to separate the keyboard and just toss the Pro 4 in my bag for short appointments.

I bought the Otterbox without thinking because they have served me so well on my phones. I wish I had done a little research first. While the case is strong and definitely protects my Surface when it is fully attached, it has to sort of be attached and unattached on the bottom half to use the kickstand on the back. That means if the Surface gets knocked off the table while the kickstand is engaged, the Surface's bottom half and corners are not protected. I know now I would prefer a case that has it's own kickstand or some other method of using the kickstand that doesn't leave the Surface exposed to danger of damage.

Case is sturdy, but as other reviewers have said, it impedes the kickstand a little. Worth it to me, may not be for everyone. It also makes it a little more difficult to stick the pen to the side, but not too big a deal.

This case is great for anyone who works on the go, covers the Surface and the keyboard well

-extra support/protection -like that it adds support to keyboard -cons: you have to unhook bottom half of tablet portion to use kickstand, can only use charger in one orientation- neither are deal breakers though

Case was nice but the Kensington is the best. It's too hard on this to they to force open the back stand. Just not easy to do and puts unnecessary stress on it.

I love this case. I had dropped my surface leading me to need to get something in case of another accidental drop. This has done the job and it is not difficult to use. I would recommend it, as a matter of fact I already have to a co-worker who ran out and grabbed one as well.

Fits rather tightly but all the buttons and openings are in the correct spots. Only thing I found that wasn't good was the pen holder doesn't work to well in desk top mode. Works fine in tablet mode.

Good case that is doing what it is supposed to do, protect my investment [Surface Pro 4]. I am always utilizing OtterBox protectors for my devices, that because I trust them to do the job.

It was too big and bulky for my taste. I didn't like that it made it a little heavier as well. But as for the durability, it's good.
