Only had for 2 months and it broke where the phone folds. Started a warranty claim with otterbox and they charged me $13 for shipping and handling fee for replacement. BOGUS! It slips off phone and feels very flimsy not what i picture when i hear otterbox.

The flip 7 case does NOT fully fit the phone so it cracks in a month or so. Don't waste your time or money. I know it is a defective design or manufacturer error because the otterbox Flip6 case works great after over a year and is not loose on the phone.

I recently got this case for my Samsung Z Flip 7 and I absolutely love it! First of all, the fit is perfect — it snaps on securely and doesn’t add a bulky feel, which I really appreciate. The case is very lightweight but surprisingly durable, and I feel confident it will protect my phone from everyday drops and bumps. The design is stylish and modern, and the materials feel high quality. I also like that it doesn’t interfere with the folding mechanism — it opens and closes just as smoothly as without the case. The grip is excellent too, so the phone doesn’t slip out of my hand easily.

This is a nice case. It should be for how much it cost! My only complaint is that it is difficult to use the finger print scanner as it is in the way. I have to push the top case back to get it to read my prints.

Honestly might not be about the case more so than the phone it's protecting, but it feels too chunky with it on. It only stayed on for about a week. I have not found a good case for the flip 7.

Not a good case it slides off a lot even though it protects it also bulky that it blocks the finger scanner for the cost its way too much.

Worst case ever. No hinge protection, the adhesive to hold it onto the phone wears off and the case will literally slide up and down. And today the thin, little top bar that connects to the side broke off out of the blue....didnt drop it or anything. Horrible product from otterbox.

Great case but if you have a screen protector installed on the front the case won't fit right

Unfortunately, the top part pops out easily and often. While I have dropped my phone and the case protected it, it's in two pieces and not like a heavy duty Otter Box. This is flimsy but little options with this phone.

Was very disappointed, Otterbox is usually my go to but this case is terrible. It does not fit well on the at all.

It's durable but doesn't stay on securely! I would expect some type of firm safe adhesive to keep it in place.

Fell apart and doesnt really adhere to the phone. Your better off going on amazon and looking at alternative providers they have better cases

Case can slide around a bit, but it gets the job done.

Just brought it temporary target.The designer one, but hung out with it for a minute.Because it actually did look good.And felt great protected my phone.

Failure top lens end bottom left. Then need to reinforce corners or change top design bottom well designed would give it a 4 star reduction for impact cushioning. Will try to replace it with something else. Not recommend it because of durability issues.

Case broke on the top piece about after a month of fair use, not the most durable but for such a odd phone not too bad

Definitely better than no case, saved my phone on a few drops and then eventually broke

Its not a bad phone case. They havent released many flip 7 cases so. The adhesive on the bottom is pointless the bottom piece sides off all the dang time. The top seems to have no issues.
