The flip 7 case does NOT fully fit the phone so it cracks in a month or so. Don't waste your time or money. I know it is a defective design or manufacturer error because the otterbox Flip6 case works great after over a year and is not loose on the phone.

Only had for 2 months and it broke where the phone folds. Started a warranty claim with otterbox and they charged me $13 for shipping and handling fee for replacement. BOGUS! It slips off phone and feels very flimsy not what i picture when i hear otterbox.

Excellent cover, very practical and fits the phone perfectly.

Worst case ever. No hinge protection, the adhesive to hold it onto the phone wears off and the case will literally slide up and down. And today the thin, little top bar that connects to the side broke off out of the blue....didnt drop it or anything. Horrible product from otterbox.

Fell apart and doesnt really adhere to the phone. Your better off going on amazon and looking at alternative providers they have better cases

Case looks nice, but for some reason one side of the case kept popping off the phone. I had to return it in less than a week, unfortunately. I expected Samsung to have the best case for my phone since they created the phone itself.

Failure top lens end bottom left. Then need to reinforce corners or change top design bottom well designed would give it a 4 star reduction for impact cushioning. Will try to replace it with something else. Not recommend it because of durability issues.

Great case but if you have a screen protector installed on the front the case won't fit right

Did not like this case because it slips off easily.

I rarely leave reviews but this case genuinely isnt a good fit for this phone. The top part to protect the sides doesnt latch on completely and at certain time's just comes off. For a moment i thought I got the wrong case however after replacing it I realized thats just how it is. Ive purchased cheaper cases that do fit well. $60 for a case that barely fits is not worth it.

The case does not fit the phone properly.And falls off in my hand or my pocket.

Worst case Ive ever purchased. Finger print sensor is almost totally unusable. Back portion of the case constantly slides off the phone dispite it having stickers to hold it in place. Stickers dont stick to the phone. Otterbox really has lost its quality in recent years ans still charges $60 a case. Dont waste your time or money with it. Get a spigen case.

Ive had it for less than a month and on the first drop the case broke. Pricey for the quality you get.

Not a good case it slides off a lot even though it protects it also bulky that it blocks the finger scanner for the cost its way too much.

Case broke on the top piece about after a month of fair use, not the most durable but for such a odd phone not too bad

Its not a bad phone case. They havent released many flip 7 cases so. The adhesive on the bottom is pointless the bottom piece sides off all the dang time. The top seems to have no issues.

This was trash for me it broke in 2 weeks and i didnt even drop it probably due to it being thin. I bought a $25 case from amazon and it has lasted longer then this otterbox.

Don’t bother buying this case. It’s not well fitted and has adhesive. As usual otterbox drops the ball. No hinge protection. One end kept popping off with minimal touch . Save your money go to Amazon or Ali express for a z flip case that works well and isn't unjustifiably expensive.
