It broke.

It broke. The plastic on the top cover slid and snapped at the corner when i put my phone in my pocket. Which then made it consistantly fall off.

Worst case Ive ever purchased. Finger print sensor is almost totally unusable. Back portion of the case constantly slides off the phone dispite it having stickers to hold it in place. Stickers dont stick to the phone. Otterbox really has lost its quality in recent years ans still charges $60 a case. Dont waste your time or money with it. Get a spigen case.

It is hard to use the bio-metric sensor on the side of the phone when closed, case edge is raised to high above the sensor. Case does not adhere to the phone very well (slides when inserted or removed from pockets). Also no hinge protection.

Didn't know if I would like a flip phone or not, but it has been excellent. I like the size when folded and the features of the phone are very handy for quick use and reply. I was surprised how much I like my new phone.

Going back to android from iPhone with this one. It’s a great experience. Picture quality is great. Everyday finding new things in it. It’s fun indeed. Also should mention about the excellent customer service received from Bilquis at Fredrick, MD store. She was so helpful and knowledgeable.

It's not the worse case, but considering the price, deserves one star. The top part frequently comes off and it's very flimsy.
