the case when I chose a very good birthday present it’s been almost a month since i wear the "OURA" ring and I have something to say i love all kinds of “Useful things" for health, and this ring tracks the state of my body 24/1, helping him better, understand and focused on a deep analysis of recovery, not just activity somewhere subconsciously I dreamed of such a ring, and I didn't even know it existed, but I recently saw him in the store and decided that I would definitely buy it for myself I used to think about bracelet "WHOOP", which also performs all these functions, but I really don't like it visually, so the choice was obvious, and + the design and color of the ring is gently pink, my favorite in short - I'm mega satisfied

As a night shift nurse, Oura ring has informed me of key factors of my health. At first, I thought I wouldn’t like the ring due to its bulky nature, but have found that it doesn’t bother me at all! It has been helpful to see the trend of my stress levels as well as get insight into how sleep affects my day to day. I love knowing my heart rate and other vitals. I would recommend this ring to anyone looking to improve their overall health, mind and body!

The ring is beautiful and durable. Definitely hard to remember that it’s not waterproof so removing it for any type of handwashing is necessary. The color is great and it isn’t scratching at all. The app is user friendly and I really like all the features. The battery lasts over a week too, which is awesome - and it’s a quick charge.

My favorite ring! Helps me track my cycles, sleep, and stress levels, and exercise. Keeps me in check and motivates me to complete goals. The color is a plus for a girly that loves pink. Sizing was a little off with the try on so had to exchange for a bigger size but process was easy. I’m not charging as often as I was with a watch and this is a cleaner look that’s a bulky watch.

I’m really enjoying the Oura so far. I got the ceramic Tide color. It is very smooth, comfortable, and I like wearing it. I feel that it gives me good insight into my sleep patterns. Battery life seems great so far. It seems pretty accurate for me in terms of step count, too, and is the only device I’ve found that actually recognizes when I’m playing a musical instrument, which absolutely should count as a workout :). Accurate, comfortable, and insightful. I’m loving it so far.

Love the design it looks stylish and it keeps track of everything you need. If you want to be more aware of your health and fitness you need this ring your life. Trying to keep my body healthy it was the best decision to purchase this ring. I never want to go without. If you thinking about it, DOOO IT !

I’ve been using it since I received it and it’s amazing, I love it! I do have an Apple Watch but I personally find it uncomfortable to sleep with and the oura ring is comfortable to sleep with. I’ve been loving everything about it thus far. Since getting the ring I’ve only charged it twice, the app is user friendly. I did buy a protector for it when I workout or am doing house chores.

Battery life is amazing. Last for days! Very comfortable. Tried sizing kit and it seems they’re slightly bigger than the actual ring but still fits good. Got a size 9.

I absolutely love this ring! It is comfortable and tracks everything i could want. Even the important things for women. Yes I ou have to pay a subscription, but i feel that it is totally worth it.

I love my ring! I’m glad I went with the ceramic because it holds up well and the ceramic cloth cleaned the one scratch I did get on it right off! It’s comfortable to wear and the metrics it tracks are very insightful! Glad I bought this!

I really enjoy having this ring. I love the insights I get from the app including sleep tracking. I have noticed it does not pick up as much activity or steps as my watch. I know they use different logic/AI so it is to be expected, but I am usually 150-300 calories lower on my ring than my watch. I can import the data back and forth, but the ring doesn't seem to pick up the activity (outside of workouts) from the watch. Either way, I am very happy with the purchase and will be an Oura Ring customer for a long time. I first purchased the rose gold and it started getting scratched up within hours. I also read that the gold fades to silver quickly. I have had this for a few weeks and the ceramic still looks perfect, plus Oura sends a free ceramic polishing pad. On sizing - I wish they came in half sizes, an 8.5 would fit better on the finger I want to wear it on but the 8 was too tight. The 9 fits on my dominant hand which is not ideal. I prefer to wear it on my non-dominant hand but I did that for awhile and accidently threw it away in my large trash bin in the garage. It was not fun to find. I switched hands and bought a stackable ring to help keep it on.

Overall I like the ring, it took three different exchanges to fine my perfect size and color, it’s comfortable to wear daily and do different activities with the ring on, and battery life last about a week, it also charges pretty fast.

Love this ring? So sleek and it gives so much insight that is way more accurate then my apple watch. Not that i need another but thinking about getting the pink one!

I love to get a little bit of peace just knowing that I have good sleep and that all activities is counted to get some healthy… the data that usually comes from my Oura is a complete resume to take actions!

I love my Oura ring, tracks everything that I am needing and am so in love with the battery life. It is a bit bulky but I don’t mind it.

I’m about to purchase my third Oura ring. Not because they have broken or anything. But because I’m obsessed now with tracking my daily health and sleep. I’ve bought every new upgrade and they really do keep getting better. I even convinced my 70 year old mother to get one. My mom is no techy but she can operate the app and track her health as well. Yes it’s that easy. I’ve also convinced my sister to get one. We are now a family of Oura ring users.

I have been watching this petal color oura ring since last year and couldn’t justify spend the price but after a few health issues/scares I bit the bullet and got it. Have been loving it so far.
