    My daughter said it helped her choose the size that fit her best. She was able to wear several sizes on different fingers. Then she chose which finger she wanted to wear the Oura ring on and which size felt best. We received a gift card for the purchase amount that we applied to the cost when we purchased the Oura ring for her birthday.

    Essentially recieved for free, considering it came with a 10$ gift card so cant complain. Would be nice if the sizes had a .5 option (7.5, 8.5, 9.5) as one size is slightly tight and the next size up is slightly loose

    If you’re interested in getting a Oura Ring 4, the sizing kit is a necessity. Your finger swells up at night so it’s important you wear the sizer for atleast 24 hours in my opinion. Oura Ring 3 and 4 do NOT have the same sizing.

    So I realized later that the Oura Ring 3 is sized differently from the Oura Ring 4. This makes getting this kit necessary for anyone that is thinking of upgrading from a 3 to a 4. Completely different fit.
