Enjoying this addition to my heath and wellness journey ; especially like the detailed sleep , heart, oxygen and stress levels tracking.

It’s well worth the price I’m a 56 year ole OTR driver who doesn’t get normal meals, sleep schedules or stress free days due to customers and traffic so it’s nice being able to see what I need to focus on more during my hectic travels

My wife loves her ring! She reminds me every week that it’s her favorite gift. It gives lots of information including sleep, cycles (ovulation), activity, etc. 10/10

This ring re-inspired my desire work out and just track my health. I did think the ring would tell me more than it did- however, I love knowing my sleep data, activity tracking, and it’s pretty spot on predicting my period- which was very helpful as I almost wore a light color but checked my ring and it told me due to my body temperature increasing I most likely would begin my menstrual cycle- which I did! Overall, it’s a neat gadget and I feel great being able to monitor as much as it is capable of! (I do think the step count is off and ur tracks every arm movement as a step)

Love this ring. It updates every morning with my sleep from the previous night, alerts me if i am stressed for a long period, and will detect activities all on its own!

Super helpful data for my health journey. The sleep info and calorie burn data are what I use the most. And it looks cool

Much better than to my previous Oura 4 nine month after to replaced another one but new Oura 4 a month ago.

I love my new Oura ring. My daughter got one and then showed me everything it does and I ran right out to get one. Really helpful with sleep.

I love it, the results are great and it’s everything i wanted. Especially for women it tracks EVERYTHING!

I first chose the size 11 ring because I tried on at the store and it fit fine. I got it and after wearing for a day it was way too big. I then ordered a size 10 and that is better. So far I like the ring but I need more time with it. It tells me when I am stressed, which is why I purchased the ring and to track my sleep. I would much rather wear the ring at night than the watch. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I feel the subscription to the app charges each month for the App. This is the only smart ring that I know of that charges a fee for a subscription.since I purchased the rose gold ring I bought a silicone clear ring guard to protect the finish of the ring.

Absolutely love my ring ! If you are torn between spending the money and not just do it ! The app has helped me with my sleeping habits, knowing when I’m stressed and so much more. Just do it !! I have a cover over my ring to protect it from scratches and I’ve added some rings so it gives off more of a feminine look.

So good. Got married, so figured if I have to wear a ring I wanted it to actually do something. Put my Fitbit in the drawer and Apple Watch is no more, clean to no have to wear a watch and now ring tracks everything.

I’ve own an Apple Watch and Fitbit I decided I wanted something minimalist. The battery life averages around 5-6 days. Like others have stated the sleep tracking is where the Oura ring really shines. I shower with it fully water resistant. You’ll definitely want to pay the extra for the subscription so you have access to all the features and there are many.

You have to get the ring sizing kit because the ring sizes are not the same as standard ring sizes. This ring been extremely helpful with managing my anxiety and stress. The down side is that the ring has to be snug on your finger to get an accurate heart rate, and if your fingers swell while working out this may be a problem.

I absolutely love my Oura ring my only issue is it gets scratched and discolored very easily. At first it was a little bulky on my finger but I've gotten used to it. I love the insights it provides for my sleep and activity and that it gives recommendations on how to make minor improvements.

The battery life is great, the data is useful and allows me to wear this to sleep instead of trying to use my Apple Watch and running the battery down on the watch. The insights are also interesting with more and different data than my Apple Watch alone can give me.

Great quality. A lot of good info, especially sleep. Accurate fitness tracking. Good battery life. Comfortable to wear and good looking ring.

Outstamding piece of equipment !! Love that it tells me all about my sleep, how much deep sleep, how much rem sleep, etc an accurate step counter, it even know when i was golfing! Paired it with ring guards from amazon to make ot look pretty! Battery life lasts about 5 days, but if u put it in airplane mode, it lasts a lot longer.
