Absolutely love this ring. It helps me track my cycle and see other important vitals. I never knew my heart rate was so high before this which is helping me make doctor appointments now to get help. Battery life is amazing too - I can go almost a full week without charging! And it can get wet so don’t have to worry about taking it off when washing hands or going in the shower.

I appreciate all the data that my aura 4 app shows me relative to sleep, stress, heart rate, blood oxygen, fitness etc. I chose to put the ring on my non dominant hand pointer finger, and tried sizes on in store before selecting my size. I am getting consistent information with no issues nor interruptions. I followed instructions to make sure the ring fit is not tight and not too loose, in order to have the best connection. The app alerts me when it’s getting low on battery and I then choose to charge my ring when I am planning down time that day.

I’ve had the Oura ring in the color Stealth for a few weeks now and I’m enjoying the insight it provides on my health and well-being. I like the looks of this style and have to say it’s quite comfortable. It’s sturdy and have not had issues with scratches on the surface as of yet. The battery life is good, but with that being said, I do charge it every day while I shower. By the time I’m done, the ring is fully charged again. Every morning I look at my sleep tracking and readiness score and add my tags. I’m sure I will continue to enjoy this ring for a long time!

I’ve had this for a couple months now and I love it! Cant go out with out it. The battery lasts pretty long almost a week or more. It’s effective & pretty accurate with everything. For reference I got a size 7 and it fits perfect I’m usually a 7 in rings also.

It’s been almost a year since I have owned it. I am 52 and at 51 I started to have health issues. Seeing notifications that my body was stressed made me go to the doctor and I was able to get it under control and therefore my sleep and energy improved. I luv the battery life it’s better than the watch but I use the watch for my fitness tracking. It also still worked when I lost weight and my finer most likely wasn’t a size 10 anymore.

This item was purchased as a gift for my niece. She was/is extremely grateful. When she retrieved her gift she stated I can t wait to unlock everything about myself. We’ve loved all our rings! I’ve had all versions of the Oura rings since before Best Buy even carried it. And ever since Best Buy started carrying Oura, I bought one for my wife, my mom, my brother. They all love it. And we always buy the insurance for them with Best Buy because if anything happens to it, they’ll help you take care of it. I have nothing but good things to say about the product and the insurance Best Buy carries with it. Amen

I got the Oura ring for my overall health and after having it for a few weeks I love it. I am very pleased with the results that I am getting. I love that I can wear it while I shower and go about normal day to day activities without worrying about it getting wet. Every morning I wake up and checks my scores on the app and it helps me plan my day! It definitely took a couple days to get used to it on my hand but now I don’t even notice that I am wearing it!

Works well so far. I've worn it for several days and have enjoyed the sleep tracking feature, calorie burning tracking, and heart rate counting the most. The app has a small monthly fee but it seems worth it for all the features. It seems like all the feedback it gives will help me to plan for better sleep, incorporate rest/recovery as needed based on sleep quality, and reach exercise goals. Definitely use the sizing kit before purchasing!

Great customer service. Had an issue after 2 months with the battery and they sent me a new ring. Love the sleep and daily info. Actually notified me a head of time when I got sick.

Really enjoy my oura ring and I just wish they had 1/2 sizes had to get a 9 because the 8 was too tight especially since it’s a thicker ring so just keep in mind to size up or go into store and try in the rings in display and make sure to get a cover for it if you don’t want it to Get scratched

I’ve been using my oura ring for only 2 weeks (still learning and adjusting) but it’s awesome. Love that it doesn’t need to be charged that often. It does scratch very easily. Bought first size 8 since the sizing kit in store somehow fitted better, however after a few mi utes of wearing it my finger started feeling hot, so I had to size up.

It's honestly a great ring and great quality. It tracks everything super accurately. My main need for it was to track my sleep and I loved that the app would give you information on tracking like how well your body rested and recovered over night and how ready you are for the next day. It is very spot on. The charging also last for a week plus! It also synced any data I colleted to my apple health app which helped alot too.

This ring has been a game changer for sleep and fertility tracking. I am so glad i went for it. I know more about my body and can let myself relax when it’s warranted. Their customer service is also great as i had a bad battery in my first ring and they sent me a new one quickly and for free
