This ring is so cool. It tracks my heart rate, body temp, sleep, activity, cycle and more. I have a 5 month old so the nights have been a blur, this ring is so helpful for me to know when I woke up with her and how much sleep we got. It entices me to get more exercise and it looks pretty on my finger too!!

I absolutely love my Oura ring!! The only boy thing is that it scratches easily. I did purchase covers for it, which helps a lot! I love the tracking of my sleep and stress. Great buy, would definitely recommend!

I’ve had this for a couple days now, but definitely helped me understand my sleep schedule already. I’ve heard a lot of things with the gold ring but the silver looks just as good !

I love my oura ring. It’s just the right amount of tracking and health/ fitness insight without the constant pinging unlike my Apple Watch. It’s stylish, durable and lasts for days so that’s extra points for me. They also sell protective covers to make the finish last longer and protect it from damages. So far oura’s customer service and after care warranty is great. They are helpful and did provide a replacement when the battery became faulty. The only downside is I can’t wear it when I’m working out and it needs some upgrades on its activity and workout tracker.

I switched over from a bulky smartwatch to the Oura Ring 4, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. It’s incredibly comfortable—easy to wear throughout the day and, crucially, at night for sleep tracking without any discomfort. While it’s not ideal for lifting weights or certain high-impact activities, it’s simple enough to remove before a workout. The ring’s battery life is excellent, and the companion app provides detailed insights that have really helped me monitor my health and wellness. My one complaint is the subscription fee required to unlock full functionality in the app. As much as I appreciate the excellent quality and data Oura provides, I wish the ongoing cost wasn’t part of the package. Still, if you’re looking for a discreet, reliable wearable for daily and nightly tracking, this is one of the best options out there.

I absolutely loved this purchase. I was debating on it for months. It’s good on battery life and it’s such a good investment for you to have. I would recommend it for anyone especially those who are into health/ wellness.

Absolutely love this ring, got tired of wearing an Apple Watch or Garmin constantly and decided to swap over and so happy I did! Highly recommend for girlies to pair with Natural Cycles and look into the other integrations as well.

Absolutely love this product. Got it to connect with Natural Cycles and to help track my sleep. Would definitely recommend if you want to learn more about your body and to keep track of your cycles hormone free. Only have to charge about every 2-3 days.

So I was against smart rings before but getting this one I don’t see how I lived without it battery life is awesome it charges fast makes for a nice wedding band I can’t find and negatives

Product is very light, durable, and accurate on readings. Battery life is about a week, I’ve had it for a month and only charged it 3 times, quick charging, easy to use app, overall genius product!

This concept is groundbreaking and helpful for people with and without chronic diseases. It can help you see when your body is under increased stress or chronically under stress so you can make modifications to your lifestyle. My only complaint is how easily the ring scratches.

This ring is a total game changer for tracking your sleep habits. I always liked getting my sleep updates from my Apple Watch but I never liked wearing it in bed. This thing is checks those boxes. A couple things…if you’ve done 3 minutes of reviewing the Oura Ring, you know that it comes with a monthly subscription. It stinks and we all wish the company would get rid of that. Luckily it’s HSA/FSA eligible so it helps soften the sting. Secondly, the lights in the ring are very visible at night so if you get distracted by little flashing lights at night, you may want to really consider staying away. Personally, I don’t think it’s enough to deter anyone from buying the ring but to each their own! Would buy this product again!

Wow! The useful data on this smart ring is amazing. I have been trying to figure out what is going on with my poor sleep and data has been useful in analyzing what is going on. App is great to help summarize info. I love the fact that you can have this on for 7 days before it needs to be recharged. Highly recommend if you are looking for a smart ring to provide you valuable info.

Love this ring! Only complaint is the exchange policy with Oura. So plan for your weight loss before you buy! Lol

I upgraded from my Gen 3 I had for two years. This band is more comfortable and thinner. I’m not sure if it’s because I am now wearing it on the intended finger or because the ring is smarter but it senses even more accurately than the Gen 3. Oura does it best.

Amazing product, Tracks all of my vitals and I have really bad health anxiety and everything is accurate

I tried out the Oura ring for about a week. Seems to work well and track as our should. However, it's not comfortable. First, I used the in store fitting - it's not accurate. The ring was a bit too small but wearable. After a few days I noticed my finger turning white. The ring is also so thick that it constantly put pressure on the other fingers. I started to get bruising. Hopefully they'll fix this in the future, but I returned mine.

I’ve used Fitbit and currently use an Apple Watch but nothing has been more intuitive or easier to wear than the Oura ring. Wish I would have gotten one sooner! Battery life is excellent. I do worry about it scratching but if you read the instructions/manual it does state to take off when weight lifting to avoid scratching. Im a nurse in a hospital and have worn this for my 12 hr shifts with no issues. I’m still a new wearer but I’m excited to see all the insight I can gain from this little ring.

I love my oura ring, tracks everything effectively and soothes my health anxiety. i’ve had it for almost a year now and I do not regret spending the money whatsoever and will definitely upgrade when there’s a new one.
