I wore this ring sizer for about a week before I decided on a size. I was actually the first couple days so aggravated because I couldn’t decide between a size. I swell in the morning, fluid is my worst enemy, and in the morning the ring would be stuck or to loose Took me about a week to actually find the perfect size and the perfect finger to see which one it’s going permanently on. But I am really glad that they did the 10$ towards the ring when u do purchase it because other wise I’d feel like I would just be highly upset or would have ticked myself off if I bought the ring and never did the sizing because I didn’t wanna spend the extra 10$ but I knew for a fact I was buying on anyways so it helped. I would highly recommend buying this before purchasing the actual ring and u find out that your normal ring size isn’t true to size with ours and u waste money!

The sizing kit was really helpful before ordering the Oura Ring 5. The rings were easy to try on, and I liked being able to wear a size for a while instead of guessing based on my normal ring size. Since the Oura sizing is different from a standard ring, I definitely recommend using the kit first. Simple process and gave me more confidence that I was ordering the right size. I do wish that Oura did have 1/2 sizes.

Upgraded to this generation after having a 4th gen. I love Oura and the health insights that I get from the device. I love the activity tracking and sleep data, which are mainly what I use it for. I did labs through Oura which were quick and easy as well. As far as the difference between the 4 and 5, I haven’t noticed any other than the size is significantly smaller - which is nice! Battery lasts days. I have swam in the ocean, pools, bathed, washed hands with it on and have had no problems.

The Oura Ring 5 is here, and this is simply the sizing kit Oura recommends. There is not much to say besides that you will receive a $10 gift card with the purchase, which makes this kit free (without taxes). These rings are made of plastic, and there are 8 different sizes. I tried mine out for a little over a day on my least dominant hand before (Oura recommends a day) deciding on a ring size. I recommend choosing a ring that fits snug but not completely tight. Also, consider selecting a ring that fits at least two of your fingers. This is so you can continue wearing your ring in case one of them gets bruised or you get a cut on it. I found a ring that fits both my index and middle fingers. I tried the plastic ring on both fingers and went through various day-to-day tasks and exercises. Some of these items include jogging, strength training, carrying groceries, cleaning, lawn maintenance, etc. I simply wanted to test out how some of my daily activities feel with this Oura ring on. Something I did notice was that the ring is small enough that it doesn't get in the way of most things unless you are gripping something strongly, like a barbell. That’s when the discomfort starts to set in. But overall, the plastic ring feels mostly comfortable! The sizing kit also comes in a convenient box. After you are done using the kit, the box can be given to an interested family member or friend. Overall, a great and straightforward sizing kit for the Oura Ring 5!

This is important because the Oura Ring has small sensor bumps, and the sizing ring will help you get a feel for how the ring and those sensors fit on your finger. The instructions also recommend that users wear the sizing ring for 24 hours, since fingers tend to swell and relax throughout the day. This isn't an issue with the sizing kit per se, but Oura does not make half sizes. My finger fit snugly into the size 10, but the size 11 felt more comfortable. I checked Oura's website, and they recommend that people opt for the smaller size if between sizes. However, I was worried about comfort for a ring that I was going to wear continuously throughout the day, and so I opted to order the larger size. For me, that ended up being the right decision because the larger size is, indeed, more comfortable, and I've no issues with the sensor readings. Last, although the sizing kit perfectly matches the actual Oura Ring 5, I don't know how well the Oura Ring 5 matches actual ring sizes.

This sizing kit was really great! It gives you a variety of sizes to try on for the 24 hours that it requires. I really like the comfort of the sizing rings. And I was surprised on how accurate the sizing is to the actual ring. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is going to get an oura ring and doesn’t know what size they should get.

It was a great idea to make this so people will have the right to check the size cuz if they don't know the size they have to send it back and go to a hassle so it was a great idea

It's a great concept considering the sizing is different than regular ring size. By wearing the sizing kit, I was able to try out different sizes for various lengths of time to get a true idea of the feel.

I purchased this and the size 8 is a little difficult to remove but the size 9 is too loose. I don't know what to do. I wish Best Buy carried actual rings in store so I could get a definitive answer to this dilemma.

I liked this kit. It was good to get it, try a couple different sizes on different fingers for a day or two before making a decision. In the end, I spoke with my Dr and decided on an Apple Watch for actual EKG readings that can detect AFib. Didn’t realize the ring couldn’t do that. Definitely recommend the sizing kit though before purchasing a ring if you go that route.

The sizing kit was true to size and the $10 gift card tou get makes this a no brainer. The new rings are significantly smaller in size so verifying is a must.

The molds inside have the exact shape of the real rings, meaning you'll even get a feel for how the sensors on the inner side fit on your finger. This product is also a great opportunity to place sizing rings on all your fingers and pretend you've absolutely made it in life, especially if you have metallic paint handy. Great battery life for the price.

10/10 recommend getting to size your finger for the best fit before purchasing the ring, also got a gift card so it was like getting it for free.

It has enough to fit just about any finger size. Good for making sure you don't buy the wrong size Oura ring (obviously lol)

I purchased the sizing kit but am the same size in the 5 that I was in the 4. I do wish they made half sizes though

This product is very helpful. I was able to size my finger and try different sizes before I purchased the ring. This eliminated the hassle of trying to figure out what size would work best for me. If you are worried about the ring not fitting on the first try I’d recommend this sizing kit. You can try different sizes for however long you’d like to see what works best for you.

This was such a genius idea to create for the costumers who are thinking of buying an Oura ring. The sizing really helped shaped my decision on which finger would be most comfortable with realistic daily wear. I was able to choose with confidence and I am enjoying my new Oura ring that I purchased in Rose Gold, which is beautiful. I choose to wear it on my ring finger, left hand. Highly recommend this product.
