Helps a lot with keeping specific track of my movements and sleep patterns. As someone with a sleep disorder, this is especially important for me to generate reports and how to help manage my sleep issues. Battery life is great and charges very quickly. Much more comfortable to sleep with than a smartwatch, which is partially the reason why I bought it.

I had an AppleWatch for awhile but this Oura Ring is the best thing ever. It tells so much more than the watch. You don't have to think about it honestly, you can shower, get in the pool or ocean with it and have not issues. The charge lasts for days too!

Bought this for my girlfriend for the contraceptive portion that the ring provides. Which she absolutely loves because the amount of information it gives for it is very informative. She also like the fact that it is smaller than the previous version and that gold tint actually looks better as well.

Tracks all of the important things about my health and I often forget that i'm wearing it. It's so fascinating to read into all the metrics and it helps me learn how I can take care of myself better. Love it! Would buy again!

This is the second ring purchased, the first was prior model and was to big so returned it. This new model is slimmer and more comfortable. Would recommend to anyone trying to keep track of their health.

Battery is notably better than the Oura 4. The ring is so light you barely notice you’re wearing it versus the previous model that was more chunky. Definitely recommend if you are looking for sleep/heart/overall wellness monitoring.

The Oura Ring is about as close to weightless as a wearable can be but I just prefer the simplicity of the Google Health app. Also, the ability to streamline all my workouts in one app was great with Google Health. My wife, however LOVES her Oura Ring. And it really has been great with predicting illness and helping her pace herself during pregnancy. A great product. Just not for me.

I was hesitant to spend the money on a fitness ring, so I originally got a different brand that was less expensive. I wore it for a few months, but I didn't feel like it was giving me very accurate feedback and the app didn't give a lot of health insight. I finally decided to bite the bullet and go for the Oura when the 5 was released. Holy cow! So glad I did! I am so impressed with the feedback it gives regarding my sleep, daily activity, heart rates, breathing, and how they all work together and what it all means. It's crazy! I feel like it actually helps me to know when I need to make impactful changes to better my health. And the battery lasts me a week AT LEAST. So happy with this purchase!

I’ve been very happy with my Oura Ring 5. The sleep tracking, readiness scores, and health insights are accurate and easy to understand. The battery life is great, and it helps me stay more aware of my overall wellness every day.

The new Oura ring comes as a big enhancement over its prior iteration. It's thinner, lighter (making it more comfortable), more interactive and intuitive, and comes with a longer battery shelf life. As a result, I rely on this far more than my Apple Watch health app.

The Oura Ring 5 is perfect if you want to track your health without a clunky, screen-heavy smartwatch on your wrist. It looks great and feels like a regular ring. the new design is really attractive and the color choices are great.

I had the Oura Ring 4 and I did love it but wanted something sleeker. The size of the Oura Ring 5 is perfect. The only thing I would recommend is making sure you get the sizing kit. My Oura ring 4 and 5 were not the same size.

My main complaint with Oura ring 4 was its bulkiness and Oura ring 5 has corrected that! So much more comfortable to wear and workout in. The ring is more similar in size to my two wedding bands.

very pleased with the functionality of the Oura ring, I bought to check on my quality of sleep but find that the activity tracker motivates me to be more consistent with my workouts, It’s comfortable and holds a charge for several days.

Love the ring so far! Put off buying it because of the previous models thickness but this one you barely feel on. The metrics that it gives you are so cool to see!

I like that the 5th generation ring is slimmer in size compared to the older models. As someone with anxiety, I am less likely to take my ring off or twist it around due to the slimmer size and feeling like it’s not there.

This one feels a lot more comfortable given that it's smaller and light. Battery life is so much better and it is a lot stronger to scratches than the previous model.

Does what it says Battery life lasts a few days at full charge and all settings on. Kills your phone battery in less than 8 hours so keep a charger nearby You basically need the subscrition service or you have a smart watch that doesnt tell time
