Unfortunately, due to a publisher misprint, the DLC is not on disc as advertised, therefore this is an incomplete product. Please wait until the publisher fixes this issue before purchasing.

I got the PS5 edition, which did not include the Echoes of the Eye DLC, but I am currently emailing customer support to try to get a code for that, as recommended by the publisher.
That aside, this game is genuinely one of the best games I've ever played. It's great if you like exploration, and not being told directly where to go. The game itself has a lot to learn, but it doesn't spoon-feed it to you. There have been times where I look up a guide for an answer I can't figure out, but the process ends up beign simple, and the themes of the game make up for that.
If you're interested, I would heavily recommend going in as blind as possible on the game. Read a couple of oher reviews on the game itself, and maybe a gameplay video, but don't read anything aobut the story.
I hope that the DLC issue is resolved, but the game itself is amazing.

The game is fantastic. Beautiful and serene. But you have to be willing to sit down and try to figure out a story that never holds your hand. If you need immediate action or intrigue, then this game may not be for you. But I definitely recommend giving it a chance regardless!

Does not include the DLC despite the fact that that was the whole point of this version. Game maker made it right by providing a dlc code after contacting their customer service and a long wait time for reply. Bottom line don't buy this if you are expecting the whole game to be on the disc.

This is an incredible game, a truly rare, one of a kind experience that should be played by anyone looking for something that isn’t just another action combat game. Impossible to describe without giving too much away, this game has a brilliant, beautiful story wrapped within a one-of-a-kind gameplay model that, while rendered in an independent, lower budget graphics model, has no rival in mainstream game development.
I am unaware of any other game that truly requires YOU to actually solve a monumental mystery in so open a manner. You never receive power ups, there is no leveling up, but by the end, you will look at everything in this game differently. Pity you can only play it for the first time once!

Unfortunately, the Archaeologist edition does not have the DLC Echoes of the Eye. The manufacturer printed the wrong version on the discs and their fix is a DLC voucher which, in my opinion, is really unsatisfactory. If you were looking forward to this release like myself, beware it is an incomplete game and not worth $40. Hopefully Annapurna will remedy this fir future physical editions...
