Full disclosure... I did not read the books. I've enjoyed this series, as it's easy to get invested in the characters. It does create some inner struggles and begs the question. Does time travel avail a person from matrimonial responsibilities... like what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas kind of thing. Anyway, if you like historical fiction, romance, infidelity... or even just kilts. I'm sure you'll find this series entertaining. With that said, it could use more Bagpipes! has that ever been said in a review...

This show is phenomenal. It keeps the historical integrity while giving an interesting love story and flashbacks and jumps through time. Perfect for any historical romance fans.

Even though I watch it because my wife plays it incessantly it is at least palatable to watch from a man’s perspective. Seems to keep her busy.

The next chapter in the continuing saga of Claire and Jamie Fraser. They have been separated for many years before reuniting and Jamie learns of his daughter. It's less of a soap opera than it sounds though and the production standards remain high in this romantic tale of time travel.

Love this series. Glad to have it forever on Blu Ray. Will watch it over and over. The BEST.

One of the discs skipped and stopped. It isn't our player, because there are no problems with other discs. Was able to clean it and get it to play, but as a new disc, it shouldn't have needed cleaning.
