Outlander is my favorite television. I loved the first season and the second season is just as good. Everything about this show is great - the story, the characters, the actors, the setting, and the Scottish accent. Every episode you watch just leaves you wanting more.

This season has its sad points then again so did the book. There is a few things a little different from the book but that is with any show. There is a extended episode of the most anticipated episode. Which I believe the DVD one doesn't have on their version.

The novels were wonderful. But the production of these novels is amazing.Even with the condensation and combining of areas that was necessary. The DVDs are very well executed and it is great to be able to re-watch scenes and gain deeper insights.

This is a must see for all Outlander fans. The moving story line keeps you on the edge of your seat wanting to know more. At the end of the season you are just in awe waiting for the next season to begin and only hope that Jamie and Claire will be reunited.

I was very excited about the making of the outlander series. The original books were so well written and long enough that I was concerned that they would not convert easily into film or tv. This series is doing a great job at staying true to the original.

Pretty good adaption of the books to a video story line. Nothing can be as detailed as reading a book but they did a nice job of portraying the story arc. Can be viewed by an avid book reader or someone new to the series a like. Definitely worth watching.

We saw the first season and we were hooked on the show. It is extremely well done with superb dress and sets and a very intriguing story line. I makes me want to find out more about my highland Scottish ancestors. Can't wait for the next season.

I bought the DVD for a gift for my mom for X-mas and she loves it!!. We both watch the show but with the DVD you get to see the deleted scenes which, IMO, should NOT have been deleted. Some of the best scenes were cut out of S2. Must own DVD!!!

This movie is from a book series. Read the book before I read the book but you don't have to it just makes it more interesting. Characters are great and the actors perfect. Hard to stop watching and can't wait for the next season to be released.

Actually haven't watched it yet as I am just finishing up season one. I have read the books and so far I have not been disappointed by the show, nor do I expect to be. If you are put off by nudity and violence this is not for you.

Satisfying second season after the long release dates between seasons one, two, and three. Great refresher for the current season three on Stars. I actually liked this season even better than the first, worth the wait!

I bought this season as a gift for my sister. It's only on STARZ she was able to watch the first season and has wanted to see the second. My sisters and I enjoyed reading the books and love the fact it is a series on TV

My husband got me all the DVDs so I could watch them after reading the books! They worked great! I’m glad that Best Buy sells the DVDs since I don’t have STARZ. I also just like collecting DVDs of literary classics!

I am a fan of the book series, so this is a natural for me to get. First season was great, and they made the second season interesting too. Second book was a bit slow for me, but the Starz series makes this one great. Love it!

The fantastic tale continues! This hardly needs a review since season 2 is pretty much a must buy for anyone who enjoyed season 1. No spoilers but the show is as magical as ever and beautiful to look at. Highly recommended.

Season two takes us to France and I just love the costumes! The beginning tricks you just like the book. I love how they do their best to stay true to the series that everyone fell in love with in the first place.

It amazes me how these type of time period pieces can be made and turn a profit. This along with Game of Thrones and several others have been incredible. Every bit as good as our finest movies in the theaters.

As an Outlander fan, I purchased the second season as soon as I could. The first two seasons seemed to drag and I was a little disappointed, but after that they really started to pick up and I couldn't stop. Great season!

I love Outlander my favorite starz series! Especially love it when they go to France in the second season the costume are spectacular . If you haven't seen Outlander you need to start with season one to understand the show

One of the best series on TV. Great acting, beautiful scenery. Having read the books, (they are addicting) I truly enjoy watching the story come to life. I have watched the episodes many times, and will continue to do so.
