Love this series! I got it in Blue-ray which looks a lot better for bigger 60" or larger screens. I can't wait to show my daughter this series as i named her after Melfina, one of the main characters in this series. The gist of the story is the main characters get hired to gaurd a pirate. They end up with space ship only the Bio-andriod-human can navigate aka Melfina. A whole lot of bad guys are constantly trying to either steal the ship or kill them. They make odd friends that help them along the way. Eventully finding what everyone has been after from the start, the galactic ley line. Some kind of rift that would be similar to our heaven i guess. Only this place answers all your questions. You gpt to watch it. You won't be disappointed.

For people that have already seen Cowboy Bebop this show will seem familiar, but it is distinct and has its own great story. "Where have all the cowboys gone? They went to outer space" This is one of the best examples of animes that helped promote the artform in America.

I, like so many others, had watched this anime when I was younger on adult swim. Now I ca rewatch it on blu-ray. The colors look amazing and sounds are pretty good. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to rewatch it. Its a must have.

I'm happy to say that Outlaw Star held up just as well as I remembered. Fans of Cowboy Bebop and Trigun will have fun with this series. It does have a few problems that are shared amongst many other anime titles from that time. Things like homophobic writing and the occasional plot hole. Still, I recommended this for fans of the genre, just not for kids.

I have always had great experiences here wouldnt change most. Maybe get some more computer parts though, if so i'd shop there for just about everything.

Loved this story as it unfolded years ago. When I found out it had a blu-ray release, it was an instant purchase.

good anime, Gene is a little strange has issues with space travel, but expert on combat skills, also he is a little slow when he interacts with pirates or smugglers. Sad Helga did not last very long

This is a great series and a must buy for anime lovers.
