    Good product, great for winter weather. Seems very sturdy and certainly not cheaply made. I will be able to use this for many Christmas seasons to come. Only downside is that it does not come with stakes or rope to secure to the ground. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know when buying . Seller: 4.5/5 Bestbuy app: 1/5. Ai customer support : 1/5. Human customer support ( when cud get someone) 4/5 Side note: bestbuy is terrible for customer service, not this thru party seller issue , but I tried for 3 days to buy this while on sale only for me to have to try every day and talk to some dumb AI generated customer support. I asked to cancel my card and membership, to which I was ignored.
