I had a slightly more expensive Kitchen Aid microwave that did a few more things but this GE model is just fine and does everything I need. I actually bought another one about a month before this one for an adjoining condo so I knew what I was getting..

Not much to say about an uninstall of an appliance. The microwave holding screws were removed with a cordless drill and the two men slid it out. Definitely two men were needed as it was heavy and bulky. Fortunately i had a cart so they could wheel it out. Otherwise they would have had to carry out the heavy microwave.

Uninstalled old microwave that was no longer working, New microwave was installed. Men were very efficient and courteous. Would recommend Best Buy.

The removal of my old microwave was great, it was the same guys that installed the new one. They were careful, and didn't do any damage. The trim on one side of the cabinets was in the way and they worked thru it and were able to finish the installation.

The guys were really efficient and took out the faulty microwave quite quickly and installed the new one. They heated water in a cup to be certain that it worked.

As with the install, the techs were able to uninstall the defective microwave quickly and efficiently. We were back up and running in no time!

Microwave had a noise when the door was opened. The microwave was removed and new one was installed. New microwave is fine.

I was looking for space saving as my kitchen is very small and found the solution by buying the slim oven. I am very happy with the result.

The crew did a quick job of removing this defective microwave. Don't ever order the GE Cafe over-the-counter microwave. The exhaust fan is way too noisy. We bought a basic GE at half the cost.

First instalers were no gpod but best buy took care of it and sent me new ones did a great job

The first guy they sent out didn’t really know what he was doing hooking up the microwave but the second guy was excellent and very knowledgeable

After several failed attempts to get my appliances I really like them. We had to pick them up ourselves The delivery company you contract with really sucks!! First delivered resulted in a severely damaged stove. Drivers did not hand around long enough for us to unwrap stove. Second delivery to replace damaged stove with new stove never happed. Never received any notification that delivery was not happening. I had to call customer service to see why appliances weren't delivered. Then had to wait another 4 days for them to come get damaged stove.

I’m not sure what this review is for, I’ve already done a review. The geek squad guy came to change the motor in my exhaust fan for the range hood, he changed the motor, but could not install the hood, so was unable to test the new motor. I had to pay another company to re-install the hood at my expense, and they hooked it up to make sure it worked. The geek squad gut was nice. He is the one who figured out we did not need to un-install the range hood to repair it. Not by his fault, but this was a very stressful and frustrating experience to get my range hood repaired.

The guys were quick, but one of the screws were stripped and we're concerned about the install in July for the new one.

Technician and helper did a good job uninstalling a defective over-range microwave install. Made sure that space is clear of any obstruction. Kudos to their professionalism.

This is for the REPLACEMENT unit installed on May 15. I told the installer to heat a mug of water and all was good. We really like this microwave!

The two technician who came to my house and took out the defective microwave and then install a new one were extremely wonderful. They explained to me what they were doing and if there was any problems to make sure that I called the company as soon as possible. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with these two young men they took all the boxes inserts everything he even clean the outside of my microwave before he left. I would not have given your company a one before these two gentlemen came to my house. It took me over two months to receive my microwave that I had bought had to return ( wrong item in the box ). I was called three times for delivery but they did not have the microwave they were just gonna come to remove the defective one. Again I want to thank these two young gentleman for all the help and understanding they gave me!!

Very good over the range microwave. Very pleased with this product.
