If at first you fail to succeed, fail fail, again!

They should have just installed the missing part that the first crew failed to install and did not leave behind. Had they don't this we would still have the original microwave oven and everything would be fine. Instead they did a great job removing to first perfectly good microwave and installing the new defective microwave oven. Now I have it scheduled to be picked up and am shopping elsewhere for a replacement. 3 strikes and your out!

Samsung OTR Microwave

It has fewer features than the older unit an it is significantly noisier. You can only use the microwave or the timer at a time, but not both together. That is a feature we used CONSTANTLY on the older model. This unit is definitely a step down.

Samsung Refrigerator

Only two bins for storage inside and shelves cannot be adjusted low enough for larger items I.e. milk, 2 liter pop etc. Can use shelves on drawers but not sure how sturdy they are.

Touchpad is touchy and sometimes hard to get the feature engaged. 2. When the stove top light is on we notice the inside bottom of the microwave gets pretty hot.

Best Buy replaces the product if something goes wrong through the service plan. We’ve had to replace it twice because it starts to malfunction.
